Union Bank Money Market Accounts (MMAs) are premium, high-interest savings accounts with check-writing privileges. The variable tiered interest rate is compounded and credited monthly on balances above $500. You get the benefit of the premium interest rate without sacrificing security, liquidity or flexibility. Open a Union Bank MMA with a $1,000 deposit and deposit additional funds whenever you wish.

There is no monthly fee on accounts with a $1,000 minimum daily balance; accounts not maintaining a $1,000 miminum daily balance incur a $5 fee.

When you open your MMA, you will receive a complimentary order of checks. You can also make electronic payments on your Union Bank loans from your MMA.

Electronic payments aren't the only benefits you can enjoy. Your Union Bank MMA includes Online Banking, letting you conduct your banking when it’s convenient for you. Online Bill Pay service is also available.

By default, you will receive paper statements in the mail each month, or you can select E Statements to go completely paperless. You are able to access images of your checks online with E Statements.

Transfers from your account are limited to six per statement period via check, automatic, electronic and telephone means. Transfers and withdrawals in person are unlimited.
