ATM & VINA Network Update:  Effective May 27, 2009, ATMs owned by Peoples Trust Company of St. Albans Vermont will no longer allow surcharge-free a ccess (withdrawals, transfers or deposits) by account holders of Union Bank. Transactions using your Union Bank ATM or Debitcard made at Peoples Trust Company ATMs on or after May 27, 2009 will incur surcharge and ATM fees.
