Started
The next screen that appears is the “MAIN” page, which allows you to choose which of your accounts you wish to view. Here, you can transfer funds, check account balances, make loan payments, etc. (and access Power Pay automated bill paying, if you have registered for this service.)
Next, let's take a look at our Checking Account. (please note that you can personalize and/or rename all your Net Teller™ accounts). We'll choose "Select Activity" from the right hand drop down list, and choose "Statements."
You can easily view your TRANSACTIONS, TRANSFERS or STATEMENTS. Here is an example of accessing your statement. First choose what FORMAT you want to display your statement in from the dropdown menu...(for example, we have chosen HTML, a language that can easily display right in your web browser.)
Once selected, the information almost instaneously appears in your choice of format. We have selected HTML, which is displayed below. (You can print any page from Net Teller™ to your printer.)
Next, here's what making an online TRANSFER looks like. First you click on TRANSFERS which brings you to the NEW TRANSFER page. Here you will define which of your accounts you wish to transfer "from" and which of your accounts you wish to transfer "to."
With the example transaction completed, we next need to "log off" by clicking on the EXIT button on the upper right of the menu. This brings a final screen, which informs you that your Net Teller™ session is completed and that you are "logged out." It is a good idea to completely CLOSE YOUR BROWSER; a good habit to get into after any online financial transaction. You may also find on occasion that you end up at the Net Teller™ LOGIN page again. If you wish to go back into Net Teller™, this is your opportunity to do so, if not, simply close your browser.
This ends our brief NetTeller™ tour. To try out Net Teller™ for yourself, click on the "Go to Net Teller™ Login" text link below. Next, type "Mic Mouse" for the NetTeller™ ID, then "1234" for the Net Teller™ PIN. Next, click on the "SUBMIT" button and see how thousands of Union Bank customers are saving time and effort by doing their banking (and bill paying) online! |
